No entry will he received for any race except on this condition: That all disputes, .claims and objections arising out of the racing shall ho decided by a majority of the Stewards, or those they may appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 2. Ail entries lo be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Box 6, P. 0., Levin, with entrance money enclosed, also name, ago at time of' entry, pedigree, and performances of horse, name of owner, and colour of rider. All jockeys to ride in costume, and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will be imposed. 3. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must he worn. 4. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary one half-hour before the advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 2 sovs to the Race Fund. 5. All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. 6. Horses walking over will receive only half the stakes, 7. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry 71h penalty; of two or more races, 141 b penalty. 8. No horse whose nomination or acceptance foes are unpaid will be allowed to start. *
