'■'The Budget Committee of the Reichstag, wliioh was yesterday reported to Have rejected, the proposal in the Government Array- Bill for the increase of the strength of the cavalry by ten squadroa i, has made a further reduction in its provision for expenditure on the army. Recently it was announced that, the committee had agreed to an appropriation for increasing the infantry to a total strength of 625 battalions on a peace ingOn reconsideration, however, the cunmittee has now out, down the proposed increase by 6300 men. . ..
