JUSTICE CHITT-S'S SUCCESSOR. London, February 23. The Hon Sir Robert Romer, one of the Judges of the Chancery Division of the High Court. of Justice, has been transferred to the Court of Appeal Bench in succession to the late Bight Hon. Sir Joseph Chitty. Mr H. H. Cozens Hardy, Q.C., who represents the Northern Division of Norfolk in the House of Commons, succeeds Mr Justice Eomer in the Chancery Division.
