JJas Mangascia, the hereditary chief of Tigra, the northern part of Abyssinia, who was lately in virtual insurrection against King Menelik, but asked Italy to intercede on his behalf, has now become reconciled to his sovereign, and has cemented the settlement with a definite treaty of peace.
