press Association, Cairo, October 24. Reports from the Soudan state that Abdul Rahman Ahataraer, a chief friendly to the British, has defeated a force of Dervishes in the Omdurmau district. The Khalifa's cousin, Saleh Harnadon, and ten Emirs wore among the prisoners captured.
