By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. Capetown, August 4. Tho proceedings in the elections in the Cape Colony are of an acrimonious character. President Kruger denies that he is supporting the Dutch cvndidates with secret service money of the Transvaal. Received August 6.12.35 e.m. Capetown, August 5. Much acrimony continues to' be displayed in the Cape Colony elections. Mr Cecil Rhodes is conducting a brilliant fighting campaign. Sir Gordon Sprigg has been returned unopposed. ' .
