Press Association* A FEE-SESSIONAL ADDRESS. Dunedin, May 26. Mr E. G Allen, M.H.E., addressed his constituents at Port Chalmers this evening. His speech being mainly in defence of the Government policy. He charged the Opposition with obstructing business last session. He was accorded a vote of thanks and confidence, coupled with a vote of confidence in the Seddou Government. Special to Tub Times. Mastbeton, May 26. The election to-day for members of the Trust Lands Trust resulted in Messrs C. E. Daniell and T. Wagg, the retiring members, being re-elected. The figures were:— Daniell, 501 jJVYagg. Perry, ®®ffT tKe^election for a member in place of MrW. Lowes, retired, Mr R. Mitchell was returned. The polling is as follows i Michell, 266; J. P. Eliott, 247; O. Pragnell, 233.
