Tha French Moderate Party claims that the second ballot in connection with the elections to the Chamber of Deputies have only affected the various parties to an inappreciable extent. The Radicals and Socialists, however, claim that the strength of their representation has been increased. Received May 25, 12.50 a.m. 3 SMALL MINISTERIAL MAJORITY. Paris, May 24. The French elections give the Government a weak- majority of from 12 to 15 votes. • . The Ministerialists lost M. Laßon, Minister for the Colonies, M. Dolpeuoh, M. Deville and others. The parties lost MM. Goblet (ex-Pre-mier), Flourens, Gerault and R'ghard. THE WHEAT MARKET. . London, May 24. Wheat is slow of sale and cheaper.
