THREAT TO DRAW THE SWORD AGAINST BRITAIN.

President Kruger stated in the course of a speech at Pretoria that if the interpretation of tho Convention with Britain by Herr Kotze, late Chief Justice of the Transvaal, is right, it will mean the opening up of the boundary question, and perhaps the drawing of the sword against Britain.
