Americans and Canadians are denouncing the new law against the introduction of oversea articles of clothing. Many garments have boon seized at New Tork. On the frontier remarkable scenes are witnessed, the unfortunate wearers of clothes having to prove that his or her garments had not been obtained oversea. Ladies are strongly protesting against having to register their garments at the Customs before travelling.
