SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS.

The Australasian Championship Swimming Meeting, under the auspices of the New Zea-, land Amateur Swimming Association, has been fixed to take place in the Lancaster Park baths on Saturday, Tuesday and Thnraday, February 26th, March Ist and 3rd. .On the first date the following events will be swumlooyds Australasian Championship, 440vds , Australasian Championship, Water Polo Australasian Championship. On Tuesday, March Ist, the One-mile Australasian Championship will - bo swum. On Thursday, March 3rd, the following events will be competed for: —220yds Australasian Championship, 880yds Australasian Championship, Plunging Australasian Championship.
