FLOODS IN BRISBANE.

There are serious apprehensions that a flood will occur, five inches of rain having falling in the last 48 hours. Tha low lying portions of the town are submerged. People in districts which are subject to floods are removing to a position of safety. . . , Bailway communication with the north is interrupted.
