This morning he left for Miller's Flat, and during the week he visits Roxburgh, Clyde, Naseby and Heriot. Dunedin, January 8. The Postal Department has declined to authorise the issue of the proposed Jubilee stamps for raising funds for the Dunedin Public Library. ' •
