By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nuiiaba, January 6. The Premier on his arrival to-day was accorded a moat flattering reception. At Dillmanstown he was met by the Mayor, Councillors, leading residents and over 300 school children. After a short address to the children, a procession, headed by a band, escorted Mr Seddon to the Town Hall, where he was accorded an enthusiastic welcome by a crowded audience. He delivered an interesting address with reference to his experiences during his trip Home. After resting a couple of days ho intends visiting the different portions of the coast. Arrangements are being made to entertain him at the principal centres.
