Nursert Handicap, of 100 sova ; five furlongs. Hylas, Carbine Hestia colt, Kettledrum, Swiftfoot, Lady Harriett,. St. Inuis, Blue Jacket, Dayutree, St. Lawrence, Problem, St. Ursula, Roxana, Panacea, Aurega, Regains, Lord Devon. Railway Handicap, of 100 sovs; six Picklock, Miss Emmy, Rex, St. Gordon, Porangi Potae, Cuiralba, Ebon, St. Elmo, Bowshot, Lady. Cuisine, Reaction, Record Reign, The Master. Pont Cub Handicap, of 100 sovs; seven furlongs.—Miss Rose, Mavournoon, Pororua, Napoleon, Pair Neil, Bob, Marquis, Hangiuru, Shamrock, Nora, Topsy. Acceptances for the Mahawatu Club’s meeting close to-night at 10 o’clock, ; The Wairarapa Racing Club has decided to allow‘bookmakers to ply ( their vocation at the club’s next meeting “oh the payment of Js, s per day, provided do nob ' lay tqtalisator odds, - Tk© committee; has also resolved to strictly enforce the rule relative, to tfco wearing of colours other than those named at time of entry. • .The Lower Yalley Jockey Club’s races will be hold on the 27th and 28th ihst. Visitors will be conveyed from the train to the course in coaches and back in time to reach town in the evening. 1
