THE AUCKLAND EXHIBITION.
Dg Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, October 22. At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the 'Auckland Industrial and Mining Exhibition, it was decided that a letter be sent to the Government making application for a grant of J 2500 for the industrial portion and 2)500 for the mining portion of the exhibition, and that a letter bo forwarded to the Auckland members of the Hoiue of Representatives requesting them to give their support to the request.
