MB HENBY BODLBY, proprietor of the Premier Dairy, started Pasteurisation yesterday for the first time in this city, but owing- to unsuitable plant and an accident the Pasteurising machine collapsed after a short trial. As the result of on inspection of the plant by Mr H. P. CameronHolmstrom, Mr Bodley has decided to put in a now Pasteurisation plant after the former gentleman’s design. The now plant will bo in working order about the end of this month. The step taken by Mr. Bodley will undoubtedly be for the benefit of the community by supplying milk in a wholesome condition,. especially for infants and invalids who depend principally on milk for diet.— N.Z.
