Tho Age, in an article on Mr Seddon'a Financial Statement, says that altogether the course of legislation promised, while not startling, is designed to continue and perfect the work of the past seven years, which seems to have lifted New Zealand out of the slough of financial despondency and placed it in the van of Australian industrial progress.
