THE LUCKNOW MINE.

The authentic of the Lucknow mine intend to apply for a suspension of labour conditions, on the ground that the mine is unworkable owing to the strike. The case will probably come before the Warden tomorrow. In the meantime the Minister of Mines, after consulting the Crown Solicitor, has written a mimlte in which he states that the Act does hot recognise such bases as one df unworkableUeSs.
