Mr Taylor is to aak the Government whether it will amend the existing law relating to Sunday trading (other than that carried on ia hotels) so that the penalties shall be at least equal to those imposed for breaches of tho Shop Honrs Act ? Sir Robert Stout is to move that there be laid before this House a return showing the total cost of the additions to and alterations of tho Printing Office, Wellington, specifying (1) the cost of materials, and (2) the coat of labour.

Mr Taylor is to ask the Government whether it will this session amend tho Electoral Act, 1893, and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, with a view to" preventing the abuses proved by the recent Wellington city election petition case to have occurred at tho elections held on 4th December, 1893?
