3000 PEOPLE HOMELESS. By Telegraph.—Frees Assoriation. — Copyright. Boooivod October 18. 10 p.ra. Halifax, October 17. Windsor, a seaport town in Nova Scotia, hai been destroyed by firo. The banka, churches and houses are in ruins, and practically the whole population of 3000 is homeless. A supply of tents and provisions has been despatched from here.
