The court-martial to enquire into tho rettent grounding of tho torpedo boat destroyers Thrasher and Lynx off the coast of Cornwall, when the Thrasher’s steam-pipe burst, killing'four stokers, has severely reprimanded the commander of the Thrasher. Received October 17, 3.5 p.m. London, October 16. The commander of the Lynx has been acquitted of blame in connection with tho mishap.
