GREEK FLOTILLA PREVENTED FROM LEAVING THESSALY.

The Turkish authorities have prevented the Greek flotilla from leaving the Gulf of Arta, on the pretext that the GrecoTurkish peace treaty only allows the egress of commercial vessels from Thessalian ports.
