RE POLLARD OPERA SEASON.
TO THU EDITOR, Sib, —I soo that Mr Pollard has altered the usual charges for admission to the Opera House by making the charge for the dross circle 3s,.and that for the stalls (orchestral) ss. Of course he knows his own business best, but the change means that persons who have been in the habit of paying 4s for a reserved orchestral stall will have to go elsewhere. Perhaps the management will soo the advisability of altering the prices.—l am, &c., X.Y.Z. Wellington, 19th December, 1890.
