Nq entry will be received for any race except upon this condition :—That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by a majority of the • Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North. Entrance money enclosed with name and ago at the time of entry, pedigrees, and in case of Handicap, performance of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 sovs. 3. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner), a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required' to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half hour before the advertised time of starting; any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs to the race funds. 5. Ail Races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules.

6. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. 7. No horse to save his stakos in any race, except where otherwise speoifiol. 8. Penalties in above Programme not to be cumulative.
