NERVE FORCE. Very few people understand the part the i nerves play in the human system. It is necessary to have proper nerve force, for instance, to enable the stomach to perform its functions. Some years ago this was proved to demonstration by the following experiment conducted by medical men of standing Rabbits digest their food very rapidly, and were consequently chosen for the experiment. The eight pair of nerves in the nock were severed just after a fall meal (the rabbit had previously been starved), and six hours after the rabbit was killed, and the food was found in the stomach in a perfectly undigested form. This experiment conclusively moved that severing the eight pair of nerves in the neck deprived the stomach of its nerve force, so that digestion cannot bo effected. Scientists infer from this that reflex actions between the stomach and the nerves are continually taking* place, and anvone suffering from dyspepsia, «lnsrgi«h liver, constipation, or la«t, but not least, ne-vonsnesa, should try all t,h**v can to tret, rid of their trouble. The very best remsdv made i-i the one to take, and that one is Loasby’s “ Wahoo,” a purely herbal compound, which strengthens the stomach and is admitted to be the most powerful nerve and tonic made. It is also a wonderful blood purifier. “ Wahoo ” can be obtained retail from all chemists and grocers, and wholesale from Kempthorno, Grosser and Co.’s N.Z. Drag Company. 303
