THE ANTI-CHINESE MOVEMENT.

Cheistchueok, February 18, At a largely-attended meeting, at which three members of the House of Representatives were present, in connection with the fruit-growing and market-garden industries, with reference to Chinese competition, delegates were appointed to consider the question of united action. It was also resolved to invite the cooperation of the different trades, &0., interested, by asking them to send deleStes to a meeting to be held on ‘Wednesy evening. ' _
