A quaint but useful innovation baa been introduced in n Berlin restaurant, where the clothes hooka are arranged in such a way that, after hanging a coat en them, they can be locked by means of a snap look in ths upper hook or hat-raok. Regular guests receive a key, while transient guests have to ask the waiter to return to them their overcoats.
