Two brothers named Arthur and George Little have been arrested on a charge of conspiring to defraud the Joint Stock Bank of a largo sum of money, but the exact amount has not been divulged. Arthur Little is a clerk in the Bank, and his brother George is employed in a solicitor’s office.
