Freeman E, Jackson and Co.’s Johnsonvillo stock report (telegraphed to-day) is as follows ;—The beef yarded for the sale was of very medium quality and light weight, some being inferior. Prices wore etjual to last sale’s rates. Sheep improved in value, all soiling readily, and pigs were well competed for. Cattle —Bullocks, from £7 to .£7 15a ; inferior, £0 7s Cd to £U 15s; or equal to 19a tho 1001 b. Sheep—Fat owes, 12s (id to 14s Id ; lightwcthers, 13s to 14s 7d. Pigs -Porkers, 18s to 21s Cd ; small pigs, 7s Cd to 12s Cd. By Telegraph.—Oivn Correspondent. CuntSTCHuncH, August 1, At tho Addington market to-day there was only a moderate supply of fat cattle. Tho demand for steers was good, prices from £7 10s to .£lO. Cows and heifers, -61! to -68 10s. Prime boot 23s Cd per 1001 b. A limited number of store cattle wore yarded. Three thousand store sheep wore yarded, and competition was good. Hoggets, 8s to 10s 3d ; 2-tooths to 13s 4d ; crossbred ewes to 14s. Fat sheep, entry 3400, fair average quality ; bidding rather slack. Prime crossbred wethers, 15s to 18s Cd ; do crossbred ewes, 12s to ICs Cd i merino wethers, 7s merino owes, 5s to Us.
