The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company director's make a call of A L on ordinary shares, and £3 10s on preference shares. Special.—Received May IS, 1.30 a.m. London, May 17. Tire new board of the Loan and Mercantile Company will not prosecute the old directors for the recovery of the dividends which have been paid out of capital.
