BULKS AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry shall be received for any race except npon the conditions that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. 2. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of JSi, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. 3. All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed and delivered to the Secretary not later: than the advertised time of closing, with'jperformanees, pedigree and colours of .rider. 4. No entry will be received under any pretence whatever after the hour named. 5. All races shall be run under the Kules of Racing, 1891, and its amendments, as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of the Colony. G. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross amount of- all stakes.
