The Electoral Registration Bill was introduced to-day in the House of Horn mous. It abolishes the rating qualiftca tion and reduces the residential qualification period to three months.

The Hon Mr Ealfou-, who has been Buffering from influenza, is improving in health. The Radicals demand that the Payment of Members Bill shall provide for an honorarium of L3OO per annum, irrespective of private income.
