SHIPPINGS SUMMARY, The day after publishing our last Summary (May 19th) the K.M.S. Kaikonra, 2885 tons, Commander Crntchhy, arrived from London, via the uaual porta, after a passage ot 43 days 22hr» 39min, her actual steaming time being 42 days 2hrs 39min. She brought a large cargo and a considerable number of passengers. The Kalkoura left on the 21th for Lyttelton, from which port she took: her final departure for London on the 13th of the present month. On the 19th the barque Glenlora, 878 tone, Captain Tonkins, left for London, taking the following cargo 1394 bales wool, 404 pockets wool, 342 casks tallow, 106 casks pelts, 115 sacks hides, 23 sacks horns, 98 do bones, 1085 bales flax, and 5 cases sundries. On the 20th thb American barqu.entina Bonny Doom 546 tons, Burgess, arrived from New York, via Port Chalmers. She brought about 300 tons of cargo. She is now loaded, and will leave for London shortly. The ship Nelson, 1247 tons, Captain Bannatyne. arrived from London on the 22nd, after a passage of 107 days. After discharging hei: cargo, she proceeded to Picton, where she will load for London. Ihe Celtic King, 2428 tons, Captain O Toole, arrived from Napier on the 23rd May, and after coaling left for London, The New Zealand Shipping Company’s ss Duke of Westminster, 2862 tons, Captain Cox, left for London on the 28th, with a full cargo. On the 27th the brigantine Motley, 567 tons Captain Harper, arrived from New York, with a large general cargo, portion of which is for Auckland. Her voyage was an uneventful one. The E.M.S. Doric, 3071 tons, Commander Jennings, arrived from London, via the uaual ports, on the Ist June, after a passage of 43 days 18hrs 31min, her actual steaming time being 41 days 22hrs 6min. She brought a largo number of passengers. After discharging her cargo, she left on the oth for Lyttelton, from which port she sails for London on the 27th inst. The Tyser Liner Balmoral Castle, 1980 tons, Captain Laws, called in hero on the sth inst. from Napier and Gisborne, and after taking in about 800 tons of coal she left for London, The New Zealand Shipping Company’s ship Waimate, 1123 tons, arrived from Port Chalmers on the Bth. to load for Home. The K.M,B, Tongariro, 2657 tons, Commander Bone, arrived from London, via Plymouth, Teneriffe, Capetown, and Hobart on the 14th, alter a vdyage of 41 days 15hrs 7min, her actual steaming time being 40 days 19hrs 21min. She brought 2 saloon, 12 second saloon, and 54steerage passengers for all ports, and a considerable quantity of cargo.
