THE BACCARAT SCANDAL
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyßioirr. FRENCH RUMOURS RE, H.R.H. (special.) (Received June 16, 1 a.m.) Pams, June 15. The Figaro and Gaulois both announce a rumour that the Prince of Wales intends to abdicate in favour of his eldest son in consequence of the baccarat scandal, and also to resign his position in ■the army.
