PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs Pomtrey and Co.’s manure and glue works, situated at Ngahauranga, will be offered for sale by auction by Messrs Haroourt and Co. at 230 p.m. to-day. The property will be submitted in one lot as a going concern, and should the highest bid be not up to the reserve price placed upon it by the vendors it will then be offered in lots, the first lot being the freehold land, the two leaseholds will then be submitted, to be followed by the machinery, plant, goods, chattels, drays, horses, harness, &c., in separate lota. The machinery and plant is in good repair, and ample for the requirements of the business. The situation and arrangement of the works are all that could be desired, and the necessity for such a concern is daily becoming more apparent, and few businesses offer a better opportunity for the investment of capital. To a practical man the opportunity afforded by this sale is a rate one.
