Lot I—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement two acres, more or less, being part of I Section No. 5 ou tho rtcord map of the Porirua District. The whole property is in good working order, and ia specially adapted for carrying on the business of a manure and glue manufacturer, and has until recently been used for that purpose by W. T. Pomfrey, trading as Pomfrey & Co. The property will be sold in two lots—the machinery, plant, goods, chattels, horses, and effects in the first lot; and the land in the second Jot.
