Messrs haßcourt & co. are favoured with instructions from the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, to sell by publio auction, at their rooms, Lambton quay, on Friday, the Bth day of May, 1891, at 2.30 p.m., the property and effects known as Pomfroy and Co.’s Manure and Glue Works, consisting of freehold and leasehold land, horses, carts, machinery, plant, goods, chattels, and effects, hereinafter specified, viz.;— FREEHOLD. Lot I—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement two acres, more or less, being part of Section No. 5 on the record map of the Porirna District. LEASEHOLD.
