Messrs haßcourt & co. are favoured with instructions from the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, to sell by publio auction, at their rooms, Lambton quay, on Friday, the Bth day of May, 1891, at 2.30 p.m., the property and effects known as Pomfroy and Co.’s Manure and Glue Works, consisting of freehold and leasehold land, horses, carts, machinery, plant, goods, chattels, and effects, hereinafter specified, viz.;— FREEHOLD. Lot I—All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement two acres, more or less, being part of Section No. 5 on the record map of the Porirna District. LEASEHOLD. Lot 2,—A1l that parcel of land, being part of Section No. 10 on the record map of the Harbour District, containing by admeasurement three roods and three perches, held under deed of lease dated the 15tb March, 1889, Reg. 57,100, made between James Putter (therein described) of the one part, and William Thomas Pomfrey (therein described) of the other part, for a term of 21 years (except the last three days thereof), together with the right of way mentioned in the said deed of lease, and subject as to the stream running through the said land to all tights and tenancies existing therein, at the annual rental of £25, and subject to the covenants, conditions, and agreements in the said deed of lease contained and implied.
