(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Chiustoixitroh, April 22. An intareating case was decided in the Sapieuie Court to day, before Mr Juatioe Donmaton and a special jury of 12. A young man named Augusta. Chipper sued Dr Mickle for £IOOO damage* for a legfld unskilful treatment m September, 1888. He accidentally inflicted a small out near his knee nod went to Dr Mickle, who attended him, and aftorwarde sent him to the Hospital. His leg got so bad that it bad to bo amputated. Chipper a ease was completely broken down by the evidence for the defence, which showed that he walked with hia injured leg instead of resting it, and that in the Hospital ha continually removed the dressings and drainags tubes despite repeated warnings from the dresser and nurses. doctors declared that thia would account for the non-improvement m his condition, and the jury, after five minutes retirement, returned a vertiicb for the ae* lendant. .
