SERIOUS ILLNESS OF BISHOP SUTER.

Bishop Sutor was struck down by an apoplectic seizure yesterday evening about 7 oclook. He complained that the light was hurting his eyes, and went to his bedroom, where very shortly afterwards he was seized with a tit. The doctors hold out no hope of his recovery. Bishop and Mrs Suter returned from a trip to the Hot Lakes a fortnight ago, ho being much improved in health, but he was ordered a longer and more complete rest, so decided to go for a trip to England, and had taken his passage in the Kimutaka. Midnight. The doctor’s report is favourable. The Bishop has had a quiet day, and slept well. The symptoms are favourable, and the doctors are satisfied with his Lordship's present condition. This report is just in from Bishopdale. Nelson, April 4. Bishop Suier continues to improve, but his condition is very critical.
