All that piece of land situate on the left bank of the WangaohuJßiver, in tho Provincial District of Welling, ton, known by the name of Omurihori Block, containing by admeasure, ment 271 S acres more or less, held nnder memorandum of lease dated the I2th day of November, 1879, for a term of 21 years from the 27th day ot April, 1879, at the yearly rental of £2OO. 2. All that piece of land aitnated in the District of Wanganui, containing 10,926 acres more or less, being part of the block of land known as Obanmoko, and the balance of the land in Certificate of Title, volume 44, folio 190, held under lease dated the 28th day of July, 1879, for a term of 21 years from that date. 3. All that piece of land situate between the Wangaehn and Tnrakina Rivers, known by the name of the Okirao Block, containing by admeasurement 3125 acres (more or less), held under memorandum of lease dated the 13th day of May, 1878, for a term of 21 years from that date, at the following rentals, viz :—The first 7 years, £l6O ; tho second 7 years, £165; and the last 7 years, £l7O. Freehold. 4. The fee simple of the said Block of Land, part of the Ohanmoko Block, subject to the before-mentioned lease of the 28th July, 1879. 5. Tho fee simple ot portion ot the said Okirae Block, containing 2945 notes 2 roods 39 perches. Nos. 1, 2,' 3, and 4 are subject to prior mortgage. The properties are situated between the Wangaehn and Turakina Rivers, and are usually known as Abbot Bros.’ Run. The Omnrihori Block, on which the homestead is, is about eix miles from Fordell Railway Station. About 4000 acres are cleared and laid down in grass. The title to the Okirao and Ohanmoko Blocks is Laud Transfer Certificates. The title to the Omxiihori Block is Memorial of Ownership under tha Native Land Aot, 1873.
