A child of five years, named Augustus Sutcliffe, died at Ponsonby from scalding through falling into a bucket ot boiling water. Tn the libel ease Sedcole versus Reese, of Pahiatua, judgment was given far the defendant with costs, The bankruptcy business will be taken on Monday, and the Court will probably adjourn on Tuesday.
