The Postal authorities have arranged a Code of Signals to be exhibited from the flagstaff on top of the Post Office tower regaiding the movements of inward man steamers and arrival of mails. Direct Service. White Pennant, OH In centre—Direct steamer at Hobart. White and Bine Pennant, A in centre— Direct steamer at Auckland. Red Pennant, L in centre— Direct steamer at Lyttelton. Blue Pennant, PC in centre—Direct steamer at Port Chalmers. Red and White Pennant—Direct mail arrived in Wellington. San Francisco Service. Blue Flag, SFA in centre—San Francisco mail at Auckland. Blue and White Check Flag—San Francisco mail at Wellington.
