From November 23 and during the Exhibition season the following special reductions in the rates for Press telegrams on Exhibition matter only for places beyond the Colony have been agreed upon :—Cable charges have been reduced from 3d to 2d per word ; New Zealand inland rate—For the first 100 words, from 6d first 10 words and a penny each additional word to one halfpenny per word.
