The U.S.S. Co’s ss Rotomahana, from Melbourne, via Hobart and Southern ports, arrived here at midday yesterday, having experienced fresh variable winds and moderate weather throughout. She sailed last evening for Auckland, via East Coast. MOVEMENTS OF STEAMERS. UNION CO.'S .STEAMERS. The Waihi leaves Blenheim, the Wairarapa Napier, the Grafton Nelson, the Wanaka New Plymouth, and the Mawhera Oamaru, for Wellington to-day. The Mahinapua and Wanaka leave Lyttelton, and Kanieri Blenheim, for here on Monday. The Wainui is duo here from Weatport on Monday. The Waihora ia dno here from Sydney to-morrow. TURNBULL AND CO.'S STEAMERS. The Kennedy is due here from Pioton this morning, the Murray from Endeavour Inlet and Foxton, and the Waverley from Patea. The Charles Edward ia on the West Coast. TheHuia is due at Wanganui this morning, and returns this afternoon. LEVIN AND CO.’S STEAMERS. The Napier leaves to-day for Foxton, and the Oreti for Groymouth. . The'Neptune leaves Blenheim to-Say for Wellington, and will leave this evening for the Mahakipawa diggings to-night. The Kiwi la due tomorrow from Kaikoura and Lyttelton. She will leave on Monday for Castle Point and Napier. P. AND O, CO.’S STEAMERS. The Carthage leaves Sydney on September 3rd for London. She connects at Sydney by the Manaponri, leaving here on the 17th instant, aud by the Waihora (direct) on the 23rd. She leaves Melbourne on the 7th September, and oonneots there by the Te Anau, leaving here on 27th. ORIENT LINE. The R.M.S. Garonne, 3876 tons, leaves Sydney on August 14th, and Melbourne on thoJWth August. The R.M.S. Lusitania, 3825 tons, leaves Sydney September 11 and Melbourne September 14. The (Connecting steamer at Sydney will be the Tarawera, leaving here 31st instant, and at Melbourne by the Mararoa, leaving here September 3rd. The R:M.S. Oroya leaves Sydney,September 25th and Melbourne September 28th. The R.M.S. Orizaba leaves Sydney October 9th and Melbourne October 12th.
