In the second innings the Australians made a poor stand, the last wicket faliing with the total at S 3. Turner played a fine innings for 39, As did Trott for 25. Humphreys’ bowling with lobs was most effective, and he secured nine wickets for 49 runs. The match on Monday will be against Yorkshire instead of the Past and Present of Cambridge University.
