The U.S.S. Go’s ss Wanaka left Lyttelton at 11.15 pm on the 20th, had variable winds and head sea throughout, and arrived here at 1 pm yesterday. She sailed last evening for Nsw Plymouth and Onehunga. The ss Glenelg left Wanganui at 8,20 pm on the 20tb, bad light wind and moderate weather throughout, and arrived here at 10 am yesterday. She returned last evening. The ss Orawaiti from Westport arrived here at 10.30 am yesterday. She had o fine weather passage throughout. Ihe Orowaiti returned last evening. . The ss Neptune left Blenheim at midnight on the 26th instant, had tine weather throughout, and arrived here at 11 am yesterday, , , , The R.M.S. Ruapehu leaves here lor Lyttelton this afternoon. She is to make a long stay in Lyttelton, and will not be back here till a few days before she leaves for London. She leaves here finally for London on the 3rd May. The Orient liner R.M.S. Ormuz, which left Plymouth on the 4th February for Australia, brings as passengers for Wellington, Mr and Mrs John Rose, Mrs Parkinson and aon, and Mr VV. W. Corpe. The P. and O. Company’s steamer Carthage, which left London on the 9th February, brings amongst her passengers Mr Martin, for AVellington. The P. and O. Company’s steamer Oceana, which left London on March 9th, brings as passengers for Wellington Mr Haskett Smith and Mr G. H. Humphries. MOVEMENTS OF TOE COASTAL STEAMERS. ’INION CO.’.S STEAMERS. The Mahinapua and Rotorua are due here from Lyttelton at noon to - day. The Wakatipu is due here from South to-morrow morning. The Penguin leaves New Plymouth to-day for Wellington, via Nelson and Picton. The Kanieri leaves hero for Blenheim. The Rotomahana leaves Lyttelton to-morrow for Wellington. The Wairarapa leaves Auckland to-morrow for Wellington, via way ports. The Suva left Auckland for Wellington yesterday. TURNBULL AND CO.'S STEAMERS, The Huia leaves hero on an excursion to the Sounds, via Picton, to-morrow night. The Kennedy leaves here to-day for Nelson and Westport. The Waverley leaves here for Patea this afternoocm. The Charles Edward and Murray are on the West Coast. BRUNNER COAL, CO.'S STEAMERS. The Rosamond is due at Greymouth this evening. The Herald leaves Oamaru to-day for Wellington, via southern ports. The Maori is due here to.day from Greymouth, via Picton. LEVIN AND CO.'S STEAMERS. The Napier leaves to-day for Foxton, and the Wakatu for Kaikoura and Lyttelton.
