It Is requested that all communications Intended for Insertion In the news column may be addressed to The Editor. Also, that correspondents will write on one side of the paper only, otherwise their letters cannot be accepted. The widest latitude consistent with good taste will be extended to correspondents, but the slightest approach to scurrility or personality will stamp correspondence as unsn’table for insertion. Adherence to tuls rule is earnestly requested Notice of the withdrawal of advertisements mast be given in writing. Verbal communication 1s absolutely inadmissible. Subscribers who do not receive their papers regularly are requested to at once communicate with The Manages In order that the fault may be rectified Anonymous correspondence will be rejected. The names of writers must be attached to etters, not for publication, unless they desire It. but as guarantee.of good faith on their part.
