RALLANDS Being the Manoatapa Block No. 2, situated on the left bank of the Waitotara River, 1G miles in a straight line from the township of Waitotsra. The land is well watered, being bounded lor the most part by streams which act as natural fences. The soil over the whole property is really good. It is covered with light bush, and has the advantage of many native clearings. There are few properties ever submitted for public competition which present greater attractions than the above. To the capitalist who desires either to hold as a simple •peculation, or to improve by clearing and stocking, it will produce a handsome return, and form when cleared one of the most beautiful estates in New Zealand.
