REMOVAL OF WRECK BUOY, FRENCH PASS. We are informed by the Secretary Marine Department that the buoy which was placed to mark the position of the wreck of the ss Lyttelton has been removed, as the mast of the Lyttelton, which formed an obstruction to navigation, has been taken away by ;the ss Stella.
